Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Ads OS ("the tool"), internal software operated by Perfect Design ("we", "us") at ads.perfectdesign.app. By accessing the tool you agree to these terms.
1. Access
Ads OS is a private, internal tool. Access is provisioned solely by Perfect Design to its own team; there is no public registration. We may modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time. Attempting to access the tool without authorisation is prohibited.
2. Permitted use
The tool may be used only to report on, audit, research, and manage Google Ads accounts that are linked under Perfect Design's Google Ads manager account with the account owner's authorisation, and only in compliance with Google's applicable policies, including the Google Ads API Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
3. Account changes
Changes to advertising accounts made through the tool (such as budgets, keywords, or negative keywords) are prepared as previews and applied only after explicit approval by the account owner. Applied changes are logged. The account owner remains responsible for the configuration and spend of their advertising accounts.
4. Data
Use of data within the tool is described in our Privacy Policy. Advertising data is used only to operate the managed accounts and is never sold or shared with third parties.
5. Availability and warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, for Perfect Design's internal operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any separate written agreement between Perfect Design and a client.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the tool evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
