Ads OS is an internal software tool operated by Perfect Design (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) to manage Google Ads accounts under Perfect Design's own Google Ads manager account. It is not offered to the public and has no external users.

01 · FunctionWhat the tool does
- Pulls performance data — campaigns, keywords, search terms, ads, conversion actions, budgets, device and location statistics — from the Google Ads API for the managed accounts, on a scheduled basis.
- Audits accounts against a fixed checklist: conversion-tracking integrity, keyword quality, search-term waste, ad quality, landing-page speed, bidding, budgets, impression share, geo and device settings — producing prioritised, evidence-backed recommendations.
- Supports keyword research for the managed accounts (Keyword Planner ideas and historical metrics), so budgets are spent on demand that matches each business.
- Prepares changes for human approval. Every change — budgets, statuses, negative keywords, keyword additions, bids — is validated first, shown to the account owner as a dry-run, and applied only after explicit approval. Each applied change is logged.
- Reports lead outcomes back to Google Ads (offline conversions), so bidding can optimise toward genuine enquiries rather than button clicks. Contact details are hashed before use and are never shared with third parties.
